I thought people here might get a kick out of how Nigel (the white male judge with an English accent) "talks to" the auditioner. (Bonus points for "so inspiring! So brave!")

Truly, Nigel fails so hard, so often in so many vastly different ways, I don't know how he's ever succeeded at anything. I had to stop following him on Twitter because he was being so ugly and nasty to fans who were expressing fannish opinions, not even criticisms, of the last season of SYTYCD, that it was impossible to continue to watch.
