From grim personal experience, resist the urge to gin yourself up on righteous anger and confront them in person.

(I did that to someone on a Vespa, and they tried to run me down on the sidewalk. That vehicle (we'd call it an SUV, same there?) looks like it could smash you flat. Not a good look on you.
