Maybe I'm just the crazy militant, but I would've said "if you want me to leave, you're going to have to call a cop and tell them that you're kicking me out because of my service dog." And then let them go at it with the police.

Not that I'm banking entirely on random police knowing the law but you'd hope maybe they would.
