I wonder what happens when one of the student workers tries to use that experience on a resume while trying to get a food-service management job.

I mean, if someone knows a worker's previous experience in the industry explicitly trained them to break the law, then why would they be trusted to not establish the same policy at the management level and bring the entire company down by it?
