Less an accessibility_fail, more an accessibility_insult: an image where the alt tag begins "[PLEASE ENABLE IMAGES]". Capslock and all.

	I just checked, and the text in the image matches the alt text. Alt text could be better—aside from the obvious, the alt text makes no mention of the fact that the right half of the image is the family photo and signatures of the good Senator and his family—but the text of the image matches the alt text. 	Oh man. That is horrible. Kind of reminds me though of eBay item descriptions where the only thing in the description field is "PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES TO SEE CONDITION" (Reply to this)
